When he was 12, he discovered he had superpowers of his own (though who he got them from remains a mystery to him to this day--neither of his parents to his knowledge had abilities), and managed to keep it a secret until he revealed it to his close friend, Sara, at 17. Sara encouraged him to go into the superhero business, and so Aaron became Bedrock, creating a costume from miscellaneous items from a motorcycle catalogue Sara's brother had. He took his job as a superhero seriously, but he was probably the only one. No matter what he did, he never made much of a name for himself among anyone other than a few villains he battled with. It was a battle with one of these villains where he lost his left arm below the elbow. The ordeal traumatized him and he hung up his costume for good. Around the same time, a moderately well known supervillain named Chernobog lost his left arm in a different fight. This fight has haunted Aaron ever since, as people seem to think they are one and the same. Still wanting to help the people of Mercury City, Aaron became a police officer and works the beat. He's currently trying to get promoted to detective, but as his fellow police officers are the first to think he's Chernobog, he's beginning to doubt that will ever happen.
	ABILITIES Aaron has the ability to create seismic blasts from within his body. Though the primary way to releases these blasts is with his hand, any part of his body can expel the energy. If he is touching the ground, he can cause it to tremor, as well as allow the blasts to travel underground to its desired target. Since retiring as Bedrock, Aaron has rarely used his powers, though when he does he usually uses his foot to make the ground tremble, as it is less noticeable.
	MISC FACTS. 01. Was born left handed, so he had to re-learn how to do everything after the accident. 02. Tries to catch a movie in theatres at least once a week, but will skip a week if he doesn't like anything out. 03. No one in his family knows he was Bedrock--they think he was injured as a bystander caught in the middle that fight. 04. Has three dogs: Buster, Max, and Lady. 05. Still has a scrapbook of what little articles he could find about himself when he was Bedrock, though whenever he sees it he makes a mental note to throw it out. He's hasn't gone through with it yet.
